National Anti- bullying week – Yoga

Year 1 and 2 have been working with Jessica from ‘Kalmababy’. Their Yoga session today was to introduce children into the benefits of Yoga. Yoga is used to develop gross motor skills, better co-ordination, body awareness and confidence along with balance and flexibility.
